I totally had a wonderful stay at Imperial. Just 15-20 min drive from Miri Airport. Checking in was a breeze. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Slight damp smell in the room but it was not a bother. All the amenities were there. The cherry would be the bed. We had two single beds. But the size of each is almost like queen bed. Two people can sleep easily on each bed 😂. Looking forward to another stay at the hotel. Good job imperial! We arrived quite late and beaten by the journey. So no pics taken. 🥹🥹

Excellent value for money for a hotel in an excellent location. Hotel is located in town, connected to 2 shopping malls and within walking distance of many good local eateries. Spacious apartments are dated but perfectly livable. Hotel rooms have been refurbished and quite nice.

all the rooms were clean, amenities provided were sufficient for a 1 nite say. to my dismay, the guest bathroom condition
needed improvement, toilet seat had pee stained 😣 before we even use it, water keep pooling in the middle floor of the shower area, i bet from the uneven tiling of the floor, the shower curtain was hopeless in preventing water splashing to the toilet area.
breakfast offering was decent but the caffeine hot drinks machine was less than average.
