A luxury 3star hotel with old design but maintenance for the condition of property still acceptable. Hygiene and Cleanliness is maintained. Only things the property is not a high building, is only 5 story and some of the room are without view (Face 2 Face to others room). I had paid for 20 Ringgit for the hill view instead.

3rd time in Miri. Been booking hotels that has a gym. A good gym with most equipments available, friendly & helpful staffs, good size room & bed. Nearer to bars for those who are looking for bars. Lots of ATMs nearby, 7Eleven nearby and a few eating place. Not that near to the Malls but that’s not an issue, it’s only about 5-10mins ride to the nearest Mall. Recommended. 👍✌️

The receptionist should be more friendly to assist the customer. Not only me, I saw older Chinese customers keep asking for the non-smoking room and were discussing among them, but the facial expressions of the receptionist were annoying. Be patient because the customers are tired, need rest after a long journey and choose to stay at the hotel which they prefer. Use your social skills to entertain them wisely.
