Clean room and good wifi. The front desk staff is quite busy. Breakfast was ridiculously lousy for RM72. Breakfast buffet price has gone up and quality has gone down 👎🏻.
Ala cart food in the restaurant was alright just avoid peak hours when dine-in as they will have a lot in room dining orders and we have to wait quite long for our food to be arrive.

Great location and the room is spacious. They helped me to change my room type as I was traveling alone. The staff was helpful and i loveeee the pillow so much. Im wondering if they are selling the pillow. Like.. i never review any hotel’s pillow but their pillow was sooo comfortable. If you saw this feedback, please reach out to me as I’m interested with the pillow 😂

Top hotel in Miri;
1. Location = Great (Centre of town)
2. Check in = Great
3. Room cleanliness = Great
4. Room size = Excellent
5. Room view = sea view… niceeee
6. Breakfast = Excellent- the best breakfast at hotel
7. Swimming pool = one of best with sea view
Overall the best hotel in Miri. Nothing can go wrong.
