**Title**: Excellent Hotel with unprofessional customer service

I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service and miscommunication. Upon arrival, I was told that my room (seaview room) was not ready, despite my online booking confirmation stating that check-in time was at 2 PM. When I informed her that I could wait for them to do any necessary last minute cleaning and preparation for my room, she told me "I also don't know when it will be ready" without any other explanation, which didn't make sense to me. Then she “kindly“ offer upgrading my room to a premium room without additional extra charge, which she said the price was more expensive like 1k per night (please take note that she said it loudly, and there are few more guests waiting at the same counter) and explained the room was exactly like the one that I previously booked (except without seaview but got sofa). As I was tired due to long hours of driving and my business event will start in 2 more hours, I agreed to the offer. However, upon check into the room, I encountered that was actually not upgraded but downgraded from my booking.
The staff seemed unhelpful and unclear about the hotel's amenities and services especially the car park, She did not explain to the customer that the car ticket needed to be scanned every time we wanted to drive out from the hotel parking lot. This situation not only happens to us but the other guests too, most of them do not know that the ticket needs to be scanned at the customer service counter.
The room itself was decent, but the lack of attention to detail and poor communication from the customer service made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. The hotel's online booking system seemed to be flawed, as I was told that my room wasn't ready despite having booked it in advance.
I would not recommend it to anyone who values good customer service or a hassle-free stay. While the room itself may have been satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by poor communication and unhelpful staff.
Maybe it was my unlucky day that I encountered this 2 bad customer service, hopefully you guys will be served by others good staff (some very friendly), cheers peace no war.
