A very bad service. When our family reached at this property , there were full of dust. The mattress sheet was not change from previously travellers. There are two air conditioners are malfunctioning. One is in the master bedroom. Second one is in the living room. The balcony are dirty. There were cigarettes ashes everywhere in the balcony. The sofa was torn. And the cabinets were broken. And upon our checkout , the admin accused us stealing a bottle of shampoo that we didn’t use any of it. They are on purposely accusing us because they don’t want to refund our money. Please , I advise any travellers that want to book this accommodations , please check the review 1st. My very bad experience. Never had this kind of situation before.

Despite having stayed in numerous hotels and homestays, this is the first time I am compelled to leave a negative review regarding service quality. Upon entering the room, the immediate impression was that the floor was dirty and sticky. Initially, we chose to overlook this, as we understand that cleanliness standards may vary between establishments. However, once we proceeded further into the room, we were genuinely alarmed by its condition. After making three calls to different phone numbers, we were finally able to reach the person in charge. We were then informed that the staff responsible for room allocation had overlooked the fact that the room was scheduled for renovation and had been left vacant for approximately one month while awaiting renovation work. Service: Careless — we were assigned a room that had been left vacant for a month and had not yet been renovated. Handling attitude: They simply send a “sorry” message and then asked us to change to another room by ourselves. Please ensure proper inspection is carried out before allowing guests to check in next time because not every guest checks in on time, this caused significant inconvenience to guests who checked in late and to those traveling with children.

Very spacious, clean, beautiful view, and complete amenities.

This is my second time booking this place, and it’s always a great experience. It’s very affordable for groups, spacious, and equipped with everything we need. The view is beautiful, and the pool and sauna make the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely planning to book again for our next group trip!

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

Comfortable and clean stay at Bay Resort Condominium! 🏡 The living room was spacious with plenty of natural light and cozy seating. Bedroom was neat with comfy beds and a quiet vibe. Great for a short getaway — peaceful, well-maintained, and family-friendly. 🌿✨

The apartment was amazing with three bedrooms on the 18th floor. There are amenities provided such as kitchen and washing machine which made it convenient for us. The view from our room was great as we could see the tanjung lobang beach from the top. On top of that, there are seafood restaurants, fast food restaurants and convenient store nearby

Stay with a group of colleagues, and it's nice and clean also easier self check-in.. the property just nearby tanjung lobang beach in Miri so can see partially seaview from ourside..just abit far from the central point of Miri
