The road to the place is quite narrow so a tuk tuk is better. They play nature music at night but couldn't cover up the techno music that blasts throughout the night. Rain sound could be quite loud when it hits the rooftop. The staff cleaned the swimming pool quickly after the storm. The garden was nicely cared of and full of lively butterflies and birds. The staff recommended some tours. Just don't take the whale watching tour because that tour was unprofessional and they let passengers/kids operate the boat full of 90 passengers. Overall I recommend the hotel if you want a quite afternoon by a nice pool. They have 2 aircons in the room and hot water for showering.

This homestay is really beautiful. Although it is deep in the alley, the arrangement is very considerate. The front desk can help call a tuk-tuk to go to restaurants near the beach. The whole hotel is right by the canal, with different birds and wild peacocks visiting on the balcony. The facilities and equipment are also new. The only drawback is that it is very close to the canal. If it rains at night, the rain is really loud... and there will be small insects visiting the room. But the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. It is a very good accommodation experience.

I chose this hotel in Mirissa for whale watching. It was a bit late to get to the hotel after getting off the plane from Colombo. There was only one waiter to welcome me into the room. The location of his hotel was not easy to find, but it still made me happy from the moment I walked in. Surprisingly, it feels like a deep house and compound, full of green plants, a swimming pool, the room is very tidy, the lights are dim, there is a balcony to view the outside, and the birds chirping constantly in the morning, it makes people feel that they forget time and enjoy it. I will definitely stay there more next time Stay for two days and experience this hotel.
