A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the hotel.

A magnificent stay at The View. It’s definitely an adventure to get to the hotel through bumpy roads however the location is absolutely breathtaking. For those looking for sublime views after a day of canyoning and adventuring around Jebel Shams. You will not regret your stay. The hotel itself is very well equipped and the food options are diverse especially in the evening when a buffet is available. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, we appreciate especially Richard’s (Manager) help throughout our stay. On top of it all, if you don’t mind a cold swim - one of the most beautiful pools I have ever seen !

Situato in cima alla montagna - per raggiungerlo è necessario un fuoristrada visto che gli ultimi 10 km sono da percorrere su una “strada” sterrata (e nessuna indicazione in merito dalla struttura). Le stanze sono ampie ma necessitano di una seria manutenzione. Cena nella norma. Costo esorbitante per gli extra: 20 dollari (!) per 2 caffè (annacquati) e 1 bottiglia d’acqua. Wi Fi solo nella lobby e ristorante

fantastic views as promised and great service. very quiet around the pool in the day if you want a down day. food good. 8km dirt road to get there is not for everyone but great fun if you’re happy driving bendy dirt roads. recommended
