This is the third time we have stayed here. All the staff were efficient and friendly. The suite we were in was spacious and had everything you needed. It's great that there is now a new bar and restaurant on the site. Our only criticism is that some of the carpets and furnishings are starting to look a little tired.

This is the first negative review I have ever left.
Several bugs of some type. Room didn’t smell great and I slept on top of the sheets.

When we checked in the front staff were efficient and professional. We were delighted to get an upgrade to a suite. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with gaping holes in the sheers. There were flies flying around kitchen, large stains on the couch, filthy lampshades, burned out lights, a bath tub with paint peeling off it. A febreze was plugged in to mask the smell. The coffee pot did not fit the maker and was unusable. We showed the housekeeper and reported to the front desk about the curtains so we wouldn’t be charged at checkout for the damage. We asked the housekeeper for a clean sheet to cover couch so we could sit. No one seems too concerned. At check out, I told the front desk the room was deplorable. The lovely lady contacted her manager and I emailed the photos to them. They did refund my money for the night. I did not hear from management, in which I thought would have been respectful.

Exceptional stay at Sandman Hotels! From check-in to checkout, every aspect was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Outstanding customer service made our stay memorable. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. A solid 5-star experience.

The stay at this hotel was great as usual however it took over 25 minutes to get checked into the room due to low staff. Other than that it was a great stay.
