The free WI-FI in the room is not good. The hotel is very clean and the decoration is quite new.

...I actually had no problems with my stay...I enjoyed the location, the room, breakfast, and the service...check in was quick and friendly customer service...I was able to use the computer and printed some documents with not problem...breakfast was great and very convenient. I was not able to use the gym or the pool because of time but I would definitely come back...I did have trouble turning on and off the television set in my room...I think you had to press two different buttons or something but I never got the hang of it....overall it was great...

Not bad, a very good hotel. Satisfied. The more I stay, the more I like it. The location is also convenient. The service is also good. Life is also very convenient. I will choose to stay next time I have a chance.

The people were so friendly and kind.
There was a small but great swimming pool for the kids.
Everything was clean and comfortable.

3.5* Hampton Inn Mission Viejo Convenient location right off the 5 freeway, down the hill from Saddleback College Rooms were clean and nice Staff friendly Free breakfast; cheese egg pancakes are great Cereals, yogurt Outdoor parking, free

For breakfast today the staff was missing the entire time. Food was not available. Couldn't ask anyone for help or advice. Sharp at 10AM they closed the counter. Gave a poor impression.
