This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!

I arrived at the airport at 23:00 and was tired from the long trip, so I contacted the airport transfer service immediately, but no one came to pick me up after waiting for an hour and a half. A kind Canadian and another hotel pick-up driver took me to this hotel, which was very helpful, but I don't know what would have happened without them. I thought I would have to wait for a while since I was in a foreign country, but I didn't expect to receive such poor service. It's not even a service. I don't think I will stay there again. It is exactly this that if one is bad, even if there are other good things, they are all gone. Well, the other good thing was that there was morning coffee at the reception.

Manager on duty named Lucky is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very friendly and made everything easy. Sir Lucky made my day. Front desk team are very polite and attentive to all my needs. I absolutely refer to my family and friends. I will choose this hotel again.
