Very professional service from ARMAN at Quality Inn. We had a very late check-in around 4am, with having such a late time arrival Arman still gave us a very warm welcome, made sure we had the best room available and provided us with tickets for breakfast.

Everything was great! Hospitality and happy faces everywhere! Thank you Arman for you’re great personality! Clean spaces and excellent breakfast every morning! Definitely you have to stay here! We are very happy to stay here for a few days with family! Arman and Rosa was our favourite!

everything was great. the staff of this hotel was friendly and polite. the rooms are clean and cleaned often (which was very important to us). breakfast here is good. I recommend this place to those who is looking for a comfortable temporary accommodation near Toronto

The rooms have a really potent musty smell to them, some have more, others less but always present. I'd ask the property management to consider finding a solution to it. I'm not sure where its coming from, it could be the carpets, but nonetheless it needs to be addressed.

I have stayed here many times with little to no issues which is why i returned, however on this visit upon arriving i found a bed bug on the bed. I was stunned i went to the front desk and the staff gave me another room but at this point i was so uncomfortable that i could hardly sleep. I wasnt offered any compensation just a sorry and a new room which i thought was unacceptable. Sadly i wont be returning.
