Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.

The room was quite clean with decent amount of pillows and comfort for the beds. Amenities were fine, although I had to ask for them myself as next to nothing was provided in the room. Great location, near the airport.

Great location near YYZ with airport shuttle.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and plenty of free parking. However, the internet was down during my entire stay. The beds are big with comfortable beds and pillows and also a microwave. The gym is small and the equipment is outdated. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and one in the hotel although the restaurant staff is not friendly. It is also about 10 - 15 minute drive away from square one mall.

It was an okay hotel, with a few eateries around. I only spent a few hours there while on transit, and didn’t eat anything, but the place seemed okay. I thought it was a bit isolated but luckily they had a free shuttle to the airport. If someone wanted to go downtown, I think you can use the shuttle to the airport first then catch a train from them.

Free shuttle and plus nice place room with hot bath. I would choose here for my next trip too. I enjoyed the free coffee service in the entrance area.

The shuttle service was excellent and very efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay near Toronto Pearson Airport again, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Dear Hotel Management, First, I would like to say that the rooms and the overall service were excellent, and we truly appreciated the hospitality during our stay. However, we would like to raise a concern regarding the repeated fire alarms during our visit. As part of a business trip connected to the Albanian Embassy, we arrived in Toronto after a long journey from Vancouver and were looking forward to getting proper rest. On May 31, we were awakened at approximately 7:50 a.m. by a fire alarm that appeared to be unnecessary. Unfortunately, the same situation occurred again on June 1 at roughly the same time. Being disturbed by early-morning alarms on two consecutive days was frustrating and significantly affected our ability to rest and prepare for our professional commitments. While we understand that safety procedures are important, we would appreciate an explanation regarding the cause of these repeated alarms and whether any measures are being taken to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
