Staff of front desk is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. However, the hotel is under renovation.

I like the toiletries not the tiny disposable bottles. Save lots of plastic. And Also like the gym room open 24 hours.

Everything was good at the hotel except that the toilet was too low and the breakfast was not as hot as it could have been.

Breakfast was very limited and not up to the normal standard in a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was being renovated but did not interfere with the stay. The pool and hot tub were both cold although the pool appeared to have been either just topped off or refilled. Staff was very nice and the breakfast had a couple different hot items other than the standard limited rotation.

The room was nice. There was a lot of garbage under the bed that housekeeping didn't clean before our arrival but everything else was perfect.

Had to reach out to housekeeping to restock paper products and towels when needed not automatic . 2 week stay put my room in middle of construction area.
