It was all good until water started leaking through the roof and onto the bed.
Waking up at 4:00am wondering why the bed is wet, and stepping onto the floor only to step into a large puddle of water. Water pouring out the smoke alarm and light.
Staff was fast about giving us a new room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOU AFTER CHECKOUT!! My partner and I stayed here for one night. Neither of us are cigarette smokers, we both suffer from asthma. Nor did we associate with anyone who smoked cigarettes during the night we stayed here. Hours after checkout, we were charged $200. I called to ask what the charge was for and was told “cigarette remnants were found” in the room, and to call back Monday when the manager was available. This is a lie and now it is just our word against theirs. I suspect the housekeepers were angry that we asked for a late checkout. As they knocked on our door asking when we were leaving (even though we arranged a late checkout with the front desk and had the “do not disturb” sign posted). Please save yourself valuable money and time and DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was the nicest, most comfortable econolodge i've stayed at. We thought we'd just get a quick room on a road trip. This was a very pleasant stop. Breakfast was good. Oh, and there's a Freddy's next door!

Our room was near a stairwell that lead to the outside door which was convenient having our dogs with us. But around 5 am on our first night the door started slamming over and over again as staff and guest entered and exited. This kept waking our dogs up and setting them off. It also kept us awake. The door would close slowly until it was about a foot from closing and then it would slam super loud. The mechanism shutting the door seemed to work opposite of its intended intention. I’m sure everyone in the hall could hear it as it echoed in the empty hall. Also the breakfast while free with most stays, including ours was not very good. We ended up skipping their breakfast after the first night of our stay and ate elsewhere.
