Room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait over an hour. Generally old and musty smell throughout the building. There were no cups in the room to make coffee. Underwear from the previous renter was hanging on the door knob. No extra roll of toilet paper as we ran low. The breakfast service was lacking spoons one day and knives another. Food was only waffles and yogurt and cereal, no eggs.

The staff made it feel like home. I will always return to the same location for that reason. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were great. Coffee was endless. Laundry room was fully stocked. It was a very good experience.

Do NOT stay here~! Dirty rooms, people living in their cars in parking lot, *********s, dirty rooms that had clothing left from previous person laying in plain view, Barely a breakfast that they closed early many days, staff is RUDE and uncompassionate. After the RUDE check in and dirty room, stayed first 2 days anyway due to visiting terminally ill mother - had other items on my mind. Added misery to misery. We left well before (9am) before check-in of final day due to her passing, but the clerk refused to allow any refund through 3rd party. There are MANY OTHER OPTIONS right beside this place - some with BETTER prices and certainly BETTER accommodations !!

Very dirty. Would not recommend bringing little kids or babies if you HAVE to stay here. Carpets are not cleaned or vacuumed smells of cigarettes and shower head is low enough for a toddler to shower not an adult.

The hotel was FILTHY! The carpet in the rooms are black, stained and smell horrible. The sheets and pillows smelled like sweaty men, like they haven’t been changed in months. Beds are uncomfortable, very spring like mattress and sunken in the middle. The bathroom has hair, mold and smelled bad.

Refrigerator made an awful racket , they gave us with someone already in it . Tv didn't work , internet was horrible. Breakfast was soured and not fresh

Check in literally took 30 minutes. There were only two guests ahead of us. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The keycard entries had been deactivated. Anyone could enter the motel. The ratings were not accurate. It was quite and the water was hot which was good.
