Web were Věry satisfied. Perfect room, perfect servis. Mrs Anna from reception was Věry kind and helpfull. In restaurant was perfect meal from Marek and best experience was with Ondra from restaurant service. He was very nice person who care about us a lot and made us feel that we are important visitors. Thank you for that. It was really beautifull stay.

Nice hotel located in a quiet part out of Misto nearby the castle Hasištejn. Hotel employees were friendly, hotel was clean and food was good. Nothing to complain. Thank you for the nice trip to Misto.

We did stay in the hotel for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious as well as the dinner. Massage was very relaxing and wellness was great. I must thank especially to Natálka she did make our stay really unforgetable. Thank you very much ! ❤

This hotel was very nice, the kitchen went out of their way to serve us food even after closing time. Their wellness facility is also cosy and relaxing. My special thanks to the best staff Lida, she always smiling and kind hearted.

The hotel is situated in a nice and a calm place. The rooms are very cozy and clean, everything worked well. There were 3 different kind of pillows to choose from. The breakfast offer was abundant and amazing, including homemade minicakes. :) I would prefer more vegetarian options for dinner and for example fresh juice but the food was very tasty. Unfortunately the bowling area was not working but we enjoyed the wellness and table tennis. From staff we appreciated especially Lída who was always smiling and helpful. Thank you for the nice stay!

We spent a week here. We were satisfied both with accommodation and food, each breakfast and dinner was excelent. Location is nice and quiet. All staff was friendly. We enjoyed also table tennis and table football and darts.

Wir haben im Hotel Hasistejn unseren Silvesterurlaub verbracht. Das Personal und der Manager waren jederzeit ansprechbar und überaus engagiert. Die Zimmer waren super, wenn auch die Dusche etwas klein war. Das Essen war hervorragend. Zum Teil mit regionaler Küche. Die gebuchten Wellness-Anwendungen wurden professionell durchgeführt. Der Spa-Bereich fällt etwas klein aus, aber wir haben uns immer mit den anderen Gästen arrangiert. Alles eine Frage der Kommunikation. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Silvester-Disco im Restaurant stattfindet, dann hätten sicher mehr Gäste getanzt. Aber auch hier zählt, was jeder persönlich draus macht, sodass wir uns köstlich amüsiert haben. Der Manager holte alle Gäste um Mitternacht zusammen und wir stießen gemeinsam auf das neue Jahr an. Ein großartiges Feuerwerk begeisterte alle.
