Didn’t get the room we had payed for.. service was slow and room had to be rushed clean. So it wasn’t clean. Hair left on shower walls. Will not be back.

Outside door key wouldn’t work. Door wouldn’t shut without pushing it hard. Staff wasn’t super helpful with the problem.

This hotel was filthy. Hair everywhere, dirty plastic utensils on the floor, ripped carpeting, dirty tile in the bathroom. Overall filthy. We picked this hotel for the hot tub and exterior room entrance. Hot tub didn't work and they didn't tell us. Let busses park outside the rooms and plug into the exterior room outlet. Busses started at 5am blowing diesel in the poorly sealed room waking us up. Called the front desk to discuss everything and she sat there not saying a word. I asked if she was going to say anything and her response was "I don't know what you want me to say". Horrible horrible customer service went right along with a horrible hotel. Stay anywhere else!

Don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but wish I’d skipped this one. Room cleanliness was subpar, family unable to swim due to hot tub being cold and pool sketchy. Not the worst experience but far from the best.

I have stayed here many times and never had any complaints, but this time the room was not very clean and needs to be upgraded and have some improvements. I found a prehistoric French fry next to the night stand filth and crud behind the refrigerator and television stand. The curtain was torn and the bathtub is needing to be replaced. I don't think I will be booking a stay here again.
