Hotel Heitzmann

Das Hotel Heitzmann ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen am Stadtplatz in Mittersill. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat schöne Zimmer. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker und das Personal ist nett. Probleme sind die vor allem während Fasching lauten Partys und das sehr schlechte WLAN.

Sono passato per pranzo verso le 14 visto che in Austria le cucine sono aperte quasi tutto il giorno, ho visto degli invitanti tavoli al fresco sotto l'ombra degli alberi ma purtroppo erano prenotati per una comitiva in arrivo. Il cameriere che mi è parso un pò seccato dal mio arrivo, mi ha consigliato di accomodarmi in una terrazza che per me era troopo calda, Sono stato al fresco dentro in sala ed ho ordinato la classica cotoletta impanata e birra. Sono stato servito in tempi ragionevoli, ero da solo comunque, la qualità della cotoletta molto buona mentre le patate fritte erano abbastanza comuni. Da lì in poi il cameriere è sparito, avrei voluto bere un caffè ma dopo aver atteso oltre 10 minuti me ne sono andato in cassa per pagare. Piccola odissea....in mancanza del cameriere che mi ha servito nessuno poteva incassare, lo ripeto ancora, c'ero solo io nel ristorante. Il ragazzo stava tranquillamente parlando all'esterno con un cliente e nonostante le sollecitazioni della sua collega si attardava a parlare ignorandomi. Per cui non ripasserò più all'Hotel Heitzmann. A proposito...i tavoli sotto gli alberi erano ancora tutti liberi.....

bin völlig durchnässt mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise - keine Reservierung vorab. Herzliches Willkommen, geräumiges Zimmer, schönes Bad - kleiner Garagenstellplatz für das Mopped. Freundlichkeit, Kundenorientierung - vom Besten. So funktioniert grossartige Gastfreundlichkeit. Im Haus gegessen - toller Service - lecker Essen. Klare Empfehlung!

The two of us spent three great days at the Hotel Heitzmann. Starting with the always extremely delicious evening menu and breakfast in the classic and extremely cozy restaurant to the modern rooms with beautiful wooden floors, everything simply met our needs. The staff was always courteous and attentive and also had one or the other tip for activities in the area. The hotel is very centrally located on the town square of Mittersill, from where you can reach the gondola in about 10 minutes. We can also recommend arriving by public transport - that's how we did it - because the bus station is right in front of the hotel, where buses to Kitzbühel or Zell am See stop, among other things. Since we were traveling without a car, we took the ski bus to the gondola station every morning, which runs several times an hour and is free of charge for skiers and also leaves directly in front of the hotel. The timetables were made available to us by the hotel, the buses always came on time and reliably. And the Mittersill-Kitzbühel ski area is a dream anyway. Our room was on the left side of the building on the 2nd floor and was accessible by a lift. It was extremely clean and quiet, only at 7 a.m. the church bells woke you up, but that didn't really bother us. Wellness area and ski cellar great! The hotel staff responded to all of our questions and requests and were helpful and gracious in every situation. For all these reasons, we felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend the Hotel Heitzmann!
