We visited this treasure of a hotel having come all the way from Australia. It was the most spectacular experience. The view of the desert takes your breath away. The hotel is set right in the crater. The food is plentiful breakfasts were delicious and the drinks on the balcony overlooking the crater beyond belief. The staff and management team, security, golf cart drivers, dining room staff all could not do enough to us. A special thanks to the managers, for overseeing our trip and making it such a success. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a must visit if you can. Built into the Ramon Crater, the architecture is lovely and views spectacular. We had a room with a pool and loved it for a dip, sitting out and looking at the crater. The food was great! Loved it!

This hotel tried to charge us about $150/night extra to have a 7 year hold in the room with us. I had emailed and called the hotel multiple times to ask about extra beds for the kids. They did not reply for weeks, then 48 hours before our trip told us about the charge. The manager was aggressive about it. Avoid this hotel.

Très bon accueil Avons été accueilli par 2 coupes de champagne , ce sont des magnifiques bungalows en pierre la viue sur le cratère est superbe le personnel est à notre écoute, la chaleur du hammam est très insuffisante ainsi que le sauna Aucune personne de l hôtel ne parlait français ! Nous avions froid ( en février ) dans notre chambre ainsi que dans la salle du restaurant le soir personne ne s est déplacé pour réparer Le repas du soir était très bon et varié en salades et plat principal Petits déjeuner excellent Nous avons passé quand même un bon séjour

The restaurant was a disappointment. Many recommended on the food in this hotel. It was ok, the quality was ok, the variety was ok, but it wasn't fine dining at all. We liked only few of the dishes. The main courses both in the dinner and breakfast were in medium quality.
I personally don't like the check-in process where you have too many steps and it has to go by their book.
The room was ok, the view was ok, the cleaning was also ok.

Spectacular property in a spectacular setting! Great food, and a great wine tasting room. Beautiful infinity pool looking out over the crater.
