Rooms are tired and dated. Terrific location. Staff and pool area are great.

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was great. But the rooms are disgusting. I could not even shower here. Everything was old, worn & dirty. No elevators. Carried bags up 2 flights. Can’t believe this is the same hotel that runs Beresheet down the road. An update is way over due.

We spent two pleasant nights there. The room was comfortable but not large. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Joshua at the front desk was especially helpful. We had dinner there on Yom Hazikaron, helped by a delightful server. At the end, an unordered ice-cream desert was delivered - he overhead us saying that we would enjoy something sweet - what a surprise and such great service. Thanks!

Our entire family stayed here for 3 nights, and all of us, ages 85 to one year, had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful as it is, but will be renovated soon, so I can only imagine how amazing it will look in the future. The rooms are spacious, the pool shaded and large, the spa free and fun, and the lobby had a cozy oriental feel. The food, although during Passover, was delicious, generous and with a large variety. We didn't feel the holiday had any influence on it. But the best attribute of this hotel, by far, is the hotel staff. I've been to many hotels, and I have never encountered a more willing, professional and kind team. From the CEO of the hotel, who mingled with the guests constantly, to the last of the waiters, who like all the hotel workers, carried out their tasks swiftly, and proudly. An amazing experience. Definitely recommend this hotel - and the area it's in, with its uniqueness and beauty, is an exceptional bonus.

the Hotel is very basic rooms and Design, can use some face lift, the staff is nice. there is nowhere to eat around there on the weekend. the Hotel Dinner is extremally pricy and does not includes Wine or even Tea. we basically paid for the night twice since we had nowhere to eat and ended up eating the Hotel dinner which is buffet style. there is no elevator.

Very poor experience. · 1. The incredibly rude staff. When we checked in. no one told us that the parking right outside the main entrance is not free. there are no signs in English warning you to pay. When I asked the desk why I had revived a parking ticket they did not apologise or seem the least bit concerned when I told them no-one had warned us. They took my email details and promised that the manager would contact me. He didn’t. I then sent a message to the hotel which was also ignored. 2. The hotel is very tired and the small rooms (especially the bathrooms.) need a massive facelift. Disgusting smell in the bathroom. 3. The rooms at the back are noisy. 4. There is no lift. We were on the third floor and the staff were very grumpy taking our luggage up and down the stairs I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As everyone points out, there is no elevator. They did a decent job of refiting an aprtment building as a hotel. The chekin staff were very helpful. The family suite w ehad was clean, comfortable and a decent size. My major problem was that when I left I saw that the emergency exit at the bottom of my stairs was padlocked shut. I tried to report it. The checkout person told me there was no manager onsite to talk to, and she did not seem to understand the gravity of the situation. I could not report to Isrotel customer service because their 'contact us' page is blank.
