住起來整體算舒服，但一樣的問題Wu-fi很爛真的很差。吃的方面晚餐建議在外面吃就好早餐普普通⋯⋯算是ok

竜泉洞に行き、翌日浄土浜に行くために利用しました。海の近くでお部屋から海が見えてロケーション良かったです。大浴場も温泉ではないですがゆっくりと浸かることができ疲れが取れました。

10周年おめでとうございます！
記念すべき日に泊まれて嬉しく思いました。
記念イベントのくじや、朝食のスペシャルメニューもとてもおいしくいただきました。
お部屋が清潔で快適で、またフロントのスタッフの皆さまも笑顔で挨拶してくださりとても気持ちが良かったです。
お子さんが遊べるスペースを見つけたのですが、ホテルでご用意されているのでしょうか？
部屋では力を持て余すこともあると思うので、素敵だなと思いました。
また出張の際はお世話になりたいと思います。

道に迷ったので、電話で道案内をしてもらいました。フロントの方の道案内がその通りでわかりやすかったです。インター降りてホテルはすぐわかったのですが、買い物で市内に入ってしまいました。大浴場が気持ちよかったです。部屋も広くてテーブルとソファがあってゆったりでした。コーヒーを部屋に持っていけるのもいい。

禁煙者ですが、禁煙室が取れず喫煙室に泊まりましたが、今まで何度も喫煙室に泊まっていますが、一番たばこ臭かったです。
それ以外は部屋も大浴場も綺麗で、無料朝食も十分なものでした。
