My husband and I stayed here for one night on a trip to Kyushu from Aichi Prefecture. Before going to the hotel, I fell while sightseeing and injured my arm (later determined to be a broken bone). When my husband checked in, he asked for ice to cool down my wife, and she received a lot of ice free of charge. We prepared ice for you. I stayed in Twin for one night with two meals. Surrounded by Oni no Washaiwa Rocks, the location is excellent. The room is spacious enough. The view from the bath and restaurant is amazing.
