サンマリンスタジアム発着の自転車ロングライドイベント参加のために1泊しました。サンマリンとの往復には一番近い便利な宿です。日南線無人駅の曽山寺駅からも徒歩ですぐの距離にあり下曽山寺のバス停は目の前にあります。市内繁華街へも片道40分の路線バスで問題ありません。また、宮崎空港へも下曽山寺から路線バス一本で25分ほどで行けます。大浴場も広々気持ち良かったです。ロビーは何もソファー以外何もありませんが、広々しているので荷物の入れ替え等もゆったりとできます。
