The hotel room is full of dust,

パーキング１日600円は安い。しかも出入り何度でもOK。フロントのスタッフは皆さん丁寧に応対してくれます。コンビニまで徒歩5分弱かなあ。朝ごはん550円は、お得。割子弁当に、ご飯、御味噌、サラダ、カレー、納豆、フリードリンク。一階まで行けば、ポットに冷水、温水が、もらえてカップ麺用の熱湯は、湯沸かしポットから注げます。もちろん氷用のポットもあります。歯ブラシ、歯みがき粉、髭剃りはあるけど、やっぱり自前がいいかなあ。消臭スプレーはありました。
私の部屋422号室は、湯船のお湯を一気にぬくと、排水溝から逆流してきて、ユニットバスの床が浸水。あしふきマットがびしょびしょになりました。ビックリ。それに壁が薄いのか、隣の423号室の話し声が、結構気になりました。ベッドが固いので、家でトゥルースリーパーを使っている私は熟睡できませんでした。若草通りまで、徒歩10分くらい。晩御飯は、いろんなお店が選べます。
コストパフォーマンス最高です。おそらく宮崎一番。わがまま言わなければ、ここにきまりですよ。

国道220号線沿い、宮崎県庁・宮崎市役所の近くに立地しています。 外観は古く見えますが、実際に内部も改装はしてあるものの古い感じは否めません。 平成初期よりも前の昭和感が滲み出ています。 (エントランス部分のみ改装されており、真新しい) それ故に宿泊代はかなり格安で、GWピーク前の5/2に泊まりましたが、税込で4,000円を切っていました。(コロナ禍でのサービス価格かもしれません) 設備的に古さはあるものの、清潔感はしっかりとしているため泊まる分には全く問題にありませんでした。 男性だけですが最上階には大浴場(露天なし)が設けられており、お得感が高かったです。 それ故に2023年初頭に閉鎖されたのは、非常に残念でした。 私が泊まった時も「ガラスにお湯をかけないでください」と建物外に水漏れがあったとの警告がありましたので、近い内に何かしらの対処があるだろうという懸念はありました。
