It's right in front of downtown Miyazaki, and there's a Family Mart on the first floor and a Lawson convenience store on the other side, which is great. It also has a large public bath and is one of the best choices when traveling to Miyazaki. However, the cleaning condition is poor. A lot of dust has accumulated, and there is also a lot of dust where the hair dryer blows air. It is the best hotel as long as it is thoroughly cleaned.

It was nice to be able to stay near the city of Miyazaki at a low price. I couldn't park in the hotel parking lot due to the height limit of the car, but I was introduced to a cheap parking lot nearby.
Amenities were also available after check-in, so I was able to bring only what I needed.
It was a very satisfying hotel because I wish I could sleep without meals!

I have stayed at several Dormy Inns 20 nationwide, but I stayed here for the first time. The staff (female) at check-in is squeaky and the points are raised due to the good reception. When I requested a room (twin) close to the smoking booth in advance, the room next to the booth was assigned and it was helpful. The twin room is a little narrow compared to other Dormy Inns. The large communal bath also felt that the indoor bath, the open-air bath, and the sauna were less 々 wide considering the hotel capacity (the same is true for the dressing room). Many people staying at Dormy Inn like bathing, but it was always crowded here (1 The same was true for Dormy Inn in Oita, where I stayed in the month). At Dormy Inn in the Kanto and Hokuriku districts, I often encounter a chartered state for only one person, but it was always crowded here. Breakfast is very satisfying with a local menu. Unfortunately, parking in the affiliated parking lot in the adjacent area is more than 2 F and there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you will be stuck unless you unload your luggage before entering the warehouse. I think it's a Dormy Inn where you can spend your time comfortably if you are careful only about the parking lot.

This is a new, clean hotel.
I'm glad that the toilet and shower are separate. There is no bathtub, but that was fine for me as I only needed a shower. The water pressure is strong and stress-free.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat in the evening.
For the free breakfast, you can choose between rice balls or rice with kakejiku. It's simple, but it comes with miso soup and is very delicious.
The staff were cheerful and I was able to start my second day in a good mood from the morning. I'd like to use this hotel again.

The room is clean and the location is good. However, it is really troublesome to make a reservation at trip.com. This hotel is completely self-check-in and there is no one at the front desk. Tablet only! It's good, but you can't check in with the reservation number sent from trip.com or various numbers! The staff came out of the back room with help, but the check-in number is sent by email. But there is no such thing from trip.com! After all, it's as soon as I'm told it's not good because I have a bad relationship with trip.com! I will never stay at such a hotel again!

This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

For general information - The resort is famous as an onsen (2!) destination, with an attached convention center. All the spacious rooms overlook the ocean, golf course and pine forests. There are tons of restaurants with many different cuisines to choose from. The amenities are very well maintained, the wifi is fast and stable, and housekeeping service is provided with courtesy and quality. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the quality of services. This was our second visit to this beautiful resort - and our return trip is already planned. We were very warmly welcomed as Marriott Elite members with personal attentive care. Upon arrival we were immediately taken up to the Executive Lounge for check-in, and were able to relax and enjoy a beverage & snacks during the process. After check-in, Mr. Kawabata of the Executive Lounge personally escorted us to our upgraded suite and provided an overview of the various details to ensure a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visits was the Executive Lounge. The Lounge provides options for breakfast, afternoon tea service and snacks, and a wonderful cocktail hour selection of food and top-shelf drinks, including champagne! The Lounge is spacious, with plenty of seating areas and wonderful ocean views. While the Lounge itself is delightful, it is the Lounge staff who are the true stars! As mentioned, Mr. Kawabata went above-and-beyond to ensure that our stay exceeded our expectations. The entire staff in the Lounge are extraordinarily attentive and happily anticipated our requests with superb service. We have provided our feedback accordingly to hotel management. As a final note, breakfast in the Pine Terrace is an extensive buffet of western and Japanese choices, including a personalized egg station. Breakfast is also available in the Lounge where we also enjoyed the same level of service and the expansive views.

After the bicycle long ride event departing and arriving at Sun Marine Stadium, I visited by using a day trip hot spring. The day trip hot spring is 1,100 yen, but I was healed by the smooth and smooth hot water. I thought the building itself was very gorgeous and I could just call it a Holiday Inn. Although it was a bus use, the bus enters the hotel car and it is a fixed-route bus, but it is also attractive to be able to go to the airport in less than 30 minutes without transfer. Above all, it was very pleasant to see the sea straight from the hot spring.

2 nights of Kagoshima and Miyazaki 3 day trip, 2 day stay at Hotel Jays Nichinan Resort, 6F. Hotel with wide 々 built on a vast site of southern style. Of course, the room is too large for couples. The bathroom is also relaxing with a wide range of relaxation. It is a full room manntein view, and it can be said that it is a special hotel that is different from the veranda to see the golf course, the mountain 々, the flowing cloud, etc. Dinner and breakfast are Vikings, but the number of items is abundant, the ingredients are luxurious, and the conversation is elegant. Also, the inner bath is good, but the open-air bath is good. It is a hotel that I want to come again if I have another chance.

Excellent
HhyuuganatuI stayed at a female dormitory for two nights. I checked out early in the morning at late check-in at night, but both of them were smiled and responded to me and I received a good impression. The facilities were still new, cleaned, and the price was cheap and I wanted to use it again. It faces the road, but at night, the traffic was small and quiet and I was able to rest slowly. I don't have towels, toothbrushes, slippers, etc., so I think it's better to prepare it. (Maybe you can buy it at the receptionist?)
SShinaiI returned home to care for my parents. It used to be cheap and breakfast was free, but then the prices gradually increased to 1800 yen per person for breakfast and 1000 yen per night for parking. The hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park in a nearby parking lot, which was inconvenient on rainy days. The nearby affiliated parking lot is also 1000 yen per day, and there is no discount even if you have to park far away. Also, there is no benefit such as discounts for guests even if they stay for consecutive nights without cleaning or cooperate with eco-cleaning. I felt sad that there is no more customer-oriented service. As a couple, the semi-double bed, which is almost single, was narrow and I couldn't turn over much, so a twin would have been better. There are not many tourists, so if it's just the high price, I will consider using it again.
GGuest UserThis is my second trip to Kyushu with my wife. This is a recommended hotel. The hotel is new and clean. Although the room is big, the breakfast is OK. I have the opportunity to stay again and again next time.
Aasaka19691216It is a accommodation close to Qingdao. It is located on Qingdao Station Mae Street toward Qingdao from Qingdao Station. It was my first experience to stay at such a guest house, but it was very good because I could stay without any care. There is also a free parking lot and you can walk to Qingdao in 5 ~ 10 minutes. There are restaurants and restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently located. There is no meals, etc., in a joint toilet bath, but you can stay at a very cheap price. There is no TV refrigerator in the room, and the futon is laid by itself and cleaned up. The price is prepaid, and the check-out feels like going out without permission, but it was a very cozy accommodation for me. Because the surfing spot is very close, it seems to be a place where there are many surfers. I also surf, but this time it was a sightseeing purpose, so I didn't do it. But Miyazaki is a wonderful place to be known as one of the best surfing sacred places in Japan, and I want to do it here someday.
すすんたろThe old private house in the tree 々 and the wide garden is rich in nature and is very attractive, but it is a form of share house, and the administrator is almost absent, and only the guest is staying Because it is I felt that there were many anxiety materials 々 in the case of something.
Because on the day of the stay, everyone in the midnight was sleeping quietly around 3 a.m., and someone came in, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and I couldn't sleep during this time.
If you have stayed at this inn once, you can come in with a face that doesn't eat even if you don't have a lodging procedure.
Given the possibility of this, I feel it is better to review the management method.
I think that the guest is not only a good person, and some people treat the room and facilities rough, so if you think so, the house is pathetic.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a vaccination plan. It is far from Miyazaki Station, but within walking distance to the bus stop to the airport. I wonder if it is close to downtown so I don't have any trouble. ← sweets shops are also within walking distance. I went to Nankoku pudding and MANGOSTAR. The facilities were old as I read other word of mouth. Other services were good and the staff including the front desk were good. Bathing agent, limited time free drink and sweets. There was also a skin care set! ← There are also men. You can choose from two types for women. It was a pity that there was no kind of drink service that was published on HP... Vaccination privilege is breakfast service. On the day I stayed, I was satisfied because I was able to eat chicken Nanban chicken rice chicken cold and soup. The rice was lost privately compared to other hotels.
GGuest UserIt's a little far from the station, but Miyazaki Shrine and Miyazaki Prefectural Office are nearby and I went through there. It is located in the shopping street, there is a downtown area to the supermarket, and there are shops that are full of night meals and drinking parties. The bath is once going out of the private door, and people from outside are also allowed to enter, but the outside people are hardly coming, and it is quietly entered with the feeling of only the hotel guest I was able to do it. Breakfast is simple but the menu is decent. The staff were very helpful and guided me to the supermarket and the road outside.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is great, it is right across from a plaza with restaurants and you can just park at the hotel and walk to the attraction (e.g. Aoshima Shrine, Devil's Washboard) for around 10-15 mins as you cannot drive into the attraction and you have to pay a fee to park close by which makes this hotel very convenient. The hotel has 2 onsens, one at the rooftop where you have to shower outside but the view is nice, one in the basement where it looks kind of old. The overall facilities are old like the other reviewers said, but it is very common with the style like this in Japan. Our room is Japanese & Western style with 2 beds, the room is kind of big to fit 2-4 pax. Staff was friendly and they will try their best to speak English. We enjoyed our stay.
I used this hotel for a trip home to attend a memorial service. I made a reservation for a smoking room, but the smell of tar was so strong that even I, a smoker, had to hold my breath for a moment. However, there was a bottle of Lysol in each room, so I used it on the curtains, futon, and carpet, and opened the window to ventilate, and it got much better. I think it would have made a big difference if they had opened the window a little before the scheduled check-in time. This is the reason for the one star minus. Although the facilities themselves feel old, they were well-cleaned, and the bathroom in particular was mold-free and could be used with peace of mind. There are amenities provided in the room and those that can be borrowed from the front desk. Is it basically a first-come, first-served basis? What I found interesting was the shampoo buffet. In addition to the rinse-in-shampoo and body soap in the room, there is shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in front of the elevator, and you can transfer the ones you like to a cup and take them with you. I used the shampoo I usually use. It might be a good idea to try a shampoo you want to try. Breakfast is free. There was rice, miso soup, and a few types of side dishes, but it was enough. The cafeteria staff was also cheerful and kindly helped me prepare the meals, which I appreciated. The cleaning staff also greeted me cheerfully. I guess it was worth the price. I didn't have high expectations for the service from the staff, but the front desk staff were attentive and attentive, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. The location may be a little difficult to find if you're not a local, but it's close to the downtown area and convenience stores, and it's behind the prefectural hospital, so I think it would be good for people accompanying hospitalized patients.
