The hospitality was excellent. The food was also delicious. It might just be the room I booked, but there were no cups, so I recommend bringing your own. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel offers many satisfying aspects, including friendly service and good value for money. Although the location isn't ideal, the complimentary shuttle service makes up for it. While the public bath facilities are a bit disappointing, the inclusion of breakfast and dinner, plus the chance to stay in a tatami room, are major advantages. The staff's kind attitude was also a plus. My only minor regret is that the reception desk isn't always staffed.

The young landlady was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing us with a wealth of local tourist information, including a map of local restaurants, detailed travel routes, bus timetables, luggage storage, and more. She even drove us to the bus station! We were truly grateful for her help! The guesthouse itself is charmingly antique, the bathhouse is clean and warm, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious—it's a very peaceful and wonderful place!

The price was low and the value for money was excellent. The service was excellent and I had no complaints, but there was no elevator and the men's bathroom was on the fourth floor, which was a bit of a challenge for me, who has weak legs.
