There were many carps in the inner garden of an old inn. I asked for a room change because the room was near the toilet and the smell was coming into the room, but I was told that it was impossible because they were fully booked.

Stopped here prior to touring the Iya Valley. It's in close proximity to transit. Awesome time here at this older, traditional Ryokan. From the bath, to the amazing food, and the owner is the sweetest woman you'll meet. I would definitely go here again if in the area . You will feel taken care of
