The scenery and facilities are average, but the indoor hot spring is a plus. It was a surprise to see snow in March. You must choose French for dinner, the food is very good. I think the overall cost performance is not as good as Fufu.

部屋、設備、景色、敷地内の環境は最高のホテルだと思います。 特に部屋からの眺めと部屋の温泉、アメニティも良いです。 ご飯もひらまつ系列ですのでとても美味しいです。 以前宿泊した際、とても良い滞在だったので、様々な知人に『日本で一番好きなホテル』だと勧めておりました。 しかし今回、滞在してみて、その発言を大変後悔しました。 実際私がオススメしたので、泊まったよ！と言ってくれた友達も居たので、本当に心配になりました。。。 細かいことは書きませんが、スタッフの方の対応が、、言葉遣い、言葉のチョイス、ありえないと思いました。ましてやこの価格帯で、今まで経験したことがありませんでした。 他の口コミサイトで点数が低い方がいらっしゃった理由がわかりました。 また、スタッフの方の印象は大きいんだな、口コミも参考にすべきだと勉強になりました。 対応した方が違っていたらまた印象は異るのかもしれませんが、泊まるまで良い滞在になるか微妙な滞在になるか分からないなら、他のホテルに泊まるかなと思いました。 本当に設備、景色はとても良いホテルだと思いますし、環境や雰囲気も私の好みだったので大変残念に思います。 改善されることを願い評価は普通にしますが、普通に最悪でした。
