The scenery and facilities are average, but the indoor hot spring is a plus. It was a surprise to see snow in March. You must choose French for dinner, the food is very good. I think the overall cost performance is not as good as Fufu.

仙石原、熱海、京都、賢島のHIRAMATSUホテルに滞在し、どのホテルでも素晴らしい時間をすごしましたが、軽井沢御代田のHIRAMATSUは旗艦ホテルということで、お料理にも施設にもさらに素晴らしさを感じました。 仙石原、熱海、賢島などの部屋はベッド、お風呂の位置など同じような感じですが、今回宿泊した御代田の部屋は横長だったので、半露天風呂とベット＆リビングが分かれていて、とても使いやすかったです。 夕食はイタリアンで、ワインのマリアージュでしたが、長野産の野菜がふんだんに使われ、ワインも長野のワイナリーのものがあり、非常に豊かな内容でした。特に信州椎茸、松本1本ねぎのお料理は印象に残りました。また鳩のステーキは鳩料理の概念が変わるほどのおいしさでした。朝食のミネストローネとホワイトアスパラは、野菜の力強さを感じるお料理で、今まで食したミネストローネ、ホワイトアスパラの中では、どちらも一番おいしいと感じました。 御代田のHIRAMATSUはフレンチもあり、そちらのほうが混んでいたため、イタリアンになりましたが、5階の眺めのよいレストランで、空いていたため、ソムリエの千石さんの丁寧で楽しいお話を聞きながら、ゆっくりと優雅なひと時を過ごすことができました。 ぜひ再訪したいと思っております。
