General the hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and generally also a nice hotel.
Grund Resort is however on ********** registered as having air-condition.
Sadly this does somehow not apply for 'standard double rooms' which both disappointed & surprised me as being visiting during summer time where the sun shines on the window side all day long +30 celcius

I choosed this hotel because licatiin.came on Sunday from Prague.Has parking. Massage was exellent Its of season now,but place is clean.friendly team. Rest open till 23:00 Good dinner and drinks Breakfast vwry simplw and basic. Good choise for 1 night

Bardzo drog hotel, co w ogóle nie ma odzwierciedlenia w usługach i standardzie. Spa, za które hotel pobiera dodatkowa opłatę składa się z malutkiego basenu z bardzo zimną wodą, jakuzzi na 4 osoby z wodą bardzo mocno chlorowaną ( aż skóra piecze) , ale za to ciepłą oraz z jednej sauny. Dostęp do kolejnych saun i strefy relaksu chroniony jest dodatkową opłatą dokonywana w recepcji. Najgorsza to ta zimna woda w basenie . Pokoje są bardzo małe, co sprawia, ze jest w nich duszno, dodatkowo duże okna wychodzą wprost na chodnik wzdłuż budynku, co z kolei wymusza zasłanianie tych okien, aby spacerujący nie zaglądali do pokoju. W pokojach bardzo dobrej jakości ręczniki i słabej jakości kosmetyki. I jeszcze śniadanie. Nie to, ze nie ma co jeść, ale kelnerki nie pilnują, aby dokładać brakujących potraw i owoców, wybór jest niewielki ( pokojone wędliny, jajecznica lub jajko sadzone, kiełbaski z grilla- niestety zimne, sery żółte, pleśniowy, jogurty) Soki w pojemnikach wyglądają ładnie, niemniej w środku to tanie soki firmy TOMA, nalewane przez kelnerki z kartonów. Jest tez coś fajnego. CISZA wokół. I tyle.

We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage.

I wouldn't call it 5 stars, but it's no slouch. The hotel, located near the first tee box is definitely better than the norm in the area. The breakfast buffet was above average and the staff were completely friendly and welcoming. We ate dinner in the restaurant the first evening and were less than impressed, after receiving our meals, which were ho-hum at best, our waitress never came by until we asked for the check. We had the larger suite in the hotel, which was comfortable, but the shower door leaked water all over the floor outside of it and the bathtub wouldn't seal so that you could take a bath. If you get a good price, stay here though as it is both convenient and offers great views!

Really a bad experience! Stayed for 3 nights over New Year’s Eve. A la Carte menu the first days was okay. Second day was New Year’s Eve with a special event (we had to pay extra for that). New years dinner turned out to be a buffet!! With chicken nuggets and deep fried schnitzel!!! And tasteless cakes. All served and over by 19:30. And the last day I wasn’t feeling well and went to sleep after skiing - asked when the restaurant would close they said 22:00 (same for room service was written in the welcome material). But in the restaurant at 21:15 there was only a sleeping (!!!) waiter - and he told us the cook had left and he couldn’t offer anything (we’re in the middle of nowhere). Wrote a complaint and the manager said the chef had left early because of the hard work the day before…and offered us a 10% discount on a new stay. Clearly I’ll never use that discount!!!

This staying was absolutely amazing, many thanks for everything. Nice people, food, SPA, room.. we were very happy and had a great time. Wonderful views, nature. Our doggie was happy here as well. Looking forward to be back soon!!
