Really comfortable hotel located in the quiet side of Dubrovnik. It’s clean and well maintained. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool is very nice and there is a beach right outside the hotel.

Had to prolong 1 night to catch the plane early morning. For a single room too expensive. But hotel halfway to DBV and as already stated with nice pool and beach
No sea view was okay (view on the parking spot). But room 101 must be next to a technical facility or ventilator: always a monotonous vibration tone. Had to use my noise cancelling headphones.

Wowza 🤩. I was skeptical of its 5 star rating . Now I’m a believer!! Dramatic double balcony with great sea views , room 146 . Hold Bonvoy status and lower occupancy probably got us the nice upgraded room . Staff were extremely helpful . 15 minutes from Dnik and 12 minutes to small seaside town of Cavtat. Used their excellent spa ( sauna, stream, whirlpool) twice . Staff members Ivanna and Miro real helpful and professional. We didn’t want to leave !!

I've been to many hotels , and this time i was with my wife and baby and i was looking for a hotel family-friendly, i didn't know which one to reserve and i ended up reserving sheraton riviera and it was worth it. When we arrived at the reception, staff was very friendly and explained us all the services and facilities of the hotel. The maid took care for our room in the best way possible. The food was exceptional,fresh and very tasty. The hotel is modern and very clean. Also it has a lot of places to walk near the sea with the baby which we loved it, also its near a shopping mall,restaurants and coffee bars near the sea. Recommend this hotel to everyone looking to rest also for people looking for a family-friendly hotel.

This is a true resort hotel. Half the rooms overlook the pool, beach and the Adriatic Sea. Every room has a balcony. If your room doesn’t face the sea you can enjoy the view from the bar or the restaurant. The service is top notch. When I asked the reception desk a question on our second day the person even remembered my name and room number from check in. The breakfast and dinner buffets are comparable to a cruise ship. Hotel is 15 minute ride by Bolt from the Pile gate of the Old Town for only 12 euros.
