I paid for a suite and got half a room. When one door in the room opened, there was another door right next to it, and the other side of the door belonged to someone else.

Stayed one night while touring Arches and Canyonlands. The accommodation is clean and quiet, so it is a good hotel to unwind and relax. It's a downside that you can't access the restaurant by foot, but I want to stay again next time.

Very good hotel, the room is big and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are of five-star standard. It is a few minutes drive from Arches National Park and not far from Canyonlands National Park. It is not in the urban area of Moab but not far away, and the traffic is convenient on the side of the highway.

If you're on the fence about staying here - do it! The only reason not to is if you want to be in the heart of downtown. This property was thoughtful from the first minute we checked in (one parent, one teen and 2 dogs). They have a pretty decent/healthy room service dinner menu that includes beer and wine; food can be delivered to your room or the lovely dining area. We stayed here during the winter; the summer would be a blast. The pool area is adjacent to the dining and patio area, which makes it easy for parents to keep an eye on their kids. The laundry room is immaculate; it requires quarters but there's an ATM on the 1st floor and the front desk gives you quarters. There's a nicely landscaped path behind and next the hotel for walking dogs. Rooms and public areas are very nice and new. I stayed at the other suites hotel in Moab two nights before this stay and the other property is *much* older. Stay here instead! I'd happily come back just to hang out at this one - it's lovely!

This was an excellent choice for our family. My 13 year old spent every afternoon playing basketball on the court while I sat by the pool. The room was a decent size, and the breakfast--though not amazing--had everything we needed to fuel up for a great day in Arches. However, the coffee was good--and I am very picky. This hotel is also right on a running/biking trail. Fireplaces are scattered around the property (which is shared by the Fairfield Inn), and there are several hot tubs, which were actually hot. I would recommend hanging out by the pool in the mornings when everyone else clears out and going to the park later in the day. We went on the shoulder season, so I imagine that as the season hits peak, it would be very busy here. What really set this property apart was the management. I witnessed one of the manager lead a meeting with her staff, and it was so clear how much she cared about providing an excellent experience for the guests.

Book a king suite in October 2023. Received confirmation of my room. We arrived on the date of the reservation to be given a double queen. In the seven months leading up to our stay we never received notice of the change. Very disappointed with Marriott lately. Have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for many years but I am surrendering my points and cancelling the credit card in search of something better
