The two 1.5-meter large beds are very comfortable to sleep in; the free parking is very suitable for self-driving trips; the bathroom has dual shower heads and the water is very flush; there is a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient; the buffet breakfast tastes very good; the hotel is located at the intersection of the center of Moab town, which is easy to find. Very close to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point Park

Staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Location can't be beat, easy to walk to dinner without having to drive after a long day out. I'd stay here again without question. Much better than what you'd expect from a Best Western.

1) Quality of scrambled eggs & hash brown not good
2) Yogurt taste & look more like sorbet
3) Cereal packaging hard to open
Bath products
1) Small bottles of shampoo & conditioner hard to open
2) Should provide small bottle of body shower also

1) Ground floor room makes it easy to move in & out, and load & unload luggage
2) The inn is in a central location to walk to retail shops & restaurants/diners/cafes
3) Free carpark with enough parking spaces

This is a fairly standard Best Western, nothing out of the ordinary but has everything you’d need. Check in was good, we parked right outside our room which was absolutely fine, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is in a good location, Moab is a nice little place and there are various shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Also great for the Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The following morning we had breakfast, the guy working in there is a real character! Made me laugh when I kept hearing him say Merry Chris**as to people 😁 Decent hotel, does the job

I stayed there for two nights and it was quite comfortable. Not having to drive to find lots of restaurants. Friendly receptionist.

Room is small and dark, located in a breezeway between the office and first floor rooms was like a dungeon.
Hotel was clean and staff were great. Pool and ice machine were closed for the winter
