I had intended to book a two night stay for March of 24, however, much to my surprise when we arrived, I had booked it for February in error. I was able to secure accomodations as planned, but had been charged for the no show in February. I requested a full refund for the February booking, and the hotel manager agreed to my request. In addition to that issue, my wife left her wallet in the safe upon our departure. She didn't realize it until we were hundreds of miles away. The hotel staff secured the wallet, and shipped it to our home. All's well that ends well, and cudos to the manager and staff for their great customer service.
