Superior to most Holiday Inns at which I’ve stayed. Pleasantly executed decor and updates, though I would question the choice of the carpeting. Breakfast was as good as you could expect at this level. Plenty of seating, helpful, attendants in the breakfast room, and pretty good food. Very nice indoor pool open late.Front desk help was pleasant but seemed a little inexperienced.

Stayed here 4 nights to visit three of the nearby national and state parks. Being 3 miles from Arches was so convenient. And being 30 miles from Canyonlands/ Dead Horse wasn’t bad either. It’s close to downtown Moab with restaurants and museums. Daily free breakfast helped with starting our day. Basic breakfast items hot: egg, sausage, biscuits. Cold: cereal, toast, yogurt and muffins. Staff from front desk to dining attendants to housekeeping were all helpful and hospitable. Bedrooms were clean and modern. Beds comfy. I liked that the room had a microwave & fridge. Yes it gets noisy with young families, but that’s to be expected with the area filled with recreation and the nearby parks. Bring ear plugs if you’re a sensitive sleeper. Out of the four nights I stayed I heard the pitter patter and thumping above on the 3rd floor (I was on 2nd floor), but I was so tired from the my park explorations and just put my ear plugs in and called it a night. For what I needed this hotel met my expectations. “A” from me!

We did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a king and were put in a room with 2 double beds. Then before 10 the next morning we were rudely disturbed by an employee walking through loudly knocking and saying “housekeeping”. We felt rushed and inconvenienced even though checkout was not until over an hour later.

I had intended to book a two night stay for March of 24, however, much to my surprise when we arrived, I had booked it for February in error. I was able to secure accomodations as planned, but had been charged for the no show in February. I requested a full refund for the February booking, and the hotel manager agreed to my request. In addition to that issue, my wife left her wallet in the safe upon our departure. She didn't realize it until we were hundreds of miles away. The hotel staff secured the wallet, and shipped it to our home. All's well that ends well, and cudos to the manager and staff for their great customer service.
