The exhaust fan was caped with a lot of dust so it kept our bathroom moist with water. The floor stayed wet. The wall stayed wet. also, it was mold in our shower to fix that issue. They should dust off the exhaust fan in the bathroom and our toilet inside needed to be clean with the toilet brush. I suggest the cleaners use the toilet brush.

The staff here are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is also great, with a wide variety and delicious. The room is also nice and clean.

Stayed in town to attend mardi Gras ball. Hotels originality check to stay were sold out….worried was going to be disappointment since wasn’t one of first choices but was not at all ☺️…..Staff very friendly helpful even happily took some “great” photos for our group. Pleased with complementary breakfast had to offer(never know what “hotel breakfast” will mean sometimes lol)

There was something in and on my sheets when we arrived. Orange/crusty/ shower it to the front desk person and was told that housekeeping would handle it. They never even came to the room. When I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one available on weekends but someone would call me. The next day it still wasn't handled and I asked for housekeeping again and was told they would give me a new sheet but cleaning was only every other day! Someone came to the door and handled my husband a sheet. No offer to clean or even put the sheet on

Checked in at 10pm from a long drive. The next morning at 8am, the cleaning ladies knocked on my door and tried to enter while I was in the bathroom. I opened my door and told them check out wasn’t until noon and that’s around the time I would leave. They then knocked again at 11:20am and tried opening the door (had the door lock on). Next time maybe they should check the system to see if the guest checked out before trying to barge in someone’s room. Lastly there was a small roach that was in our room.

Staff was not attentive when we entered the building. Internet was down which meant phones were down. Hotel is outdated and the carpets in the main area are dingy. We got to our room and the ac was out. Housekeeping manager was able to fix the ac and was very nice. The room again outdated and dingy. The bed sheets had a hole and blood on the duvet. Disgusting. The shower was nice at least. Overall do not recommend.

We loved everything about this place The people were very kind and nice The establishment smelled amazing at all times The only negative I have about this establishment was I rented this place for the indoor pool only to find out heat didn't work... Other than that we got the sweet room and it was amazing 50-in TV in the bedroom and 40 something inch and the sitting area the shower was amazing extremely large shower and above all it was a good stay very quiet motel. I would recommend it to friends.
