Room had awkward lay out. Could not access room door with bathroom door open and closet was uncomfortably accessible under same condition. Closet doors were in need of repair/maintenance. Mirrored sliding doors that were not in their proper "track" that made them feel as though they were going to fall when moved. Bed was harder than most and hot water was non-existent. Not HOT hot water, plain ole hot water. Hate a cold shower at 5am. Stairs from upper floors discharge to the parking lot. Cannot take stairs to lobby. With only 1 operable elevator (2nd is still suffering from supply chain issues) that is R E A L Y slow, stairs to the lobby would be nice. $8.99 for continental breakfast is more than a little dated and frankly insulting. On the plus side, the Entire staff was AMAZING. Super friendly and customer service oriented. They were probably the most enjoyable part of my stay.

I don't usually review businesses but the service at this Hilton Garden Inn was outstanding. Alexis served our family breakfast every morning during our stay. The restaurant was clean and our meals were delicious. I'd recommend this location to all of my friends. Thank you Alexis

Very friendly staff at check-in, and excellent made-to-order omelets for breakfast. A very clean and pleasant hotel visit. We always choose this Hilton Garden Inn when we visit Mobile. For this visit, Kayla C. Cook provided excellent service both at check-in last night, and she was also the chef for breakfast this morning.

Every employee we interacted w were SUPER friendly! Cheyenne @ the front was THE MOST FRIENDLY & HELPFUL! ♥️Her! Shakya B in housekeeping was so pleasant & accommodating! We will definitely stay again & hope to seen them again! I gave 4 ⭐️’s because the bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

My recent stay at the four-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay! The room was clean and comfortable! I enjoyed every moment staying here and I will be back. I recommend everyone stay here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden inn Mobile West I-65 on May 3rd. The desk clerk taking care of our reservation, Kayla C. took very good care to ensure we were comfortable in our room and that it fully met our needs. This night was one the very best stays we've experienced in years. Thanks Kayla for the great job!!!

Latrell was excellent!!!Always positive and upbeat and very professional. He always made a point to speak and ask if anything that we needed. I needed to use the laundry and he stopped and escorted me to the location and opened the door for me. Latrell really represents southern hospitality and wonderful family upbringing as well. He was a very respectful young man!!!

Tough to think that there is no complimentary breakfast, not even for Diamond members. Additionally, I believe Hilton should consider stocking distilled water for their CPAP using guests. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the room was clean and orderly. I was there with a group of 16 other golfers...I didn't hear of any complaints from the guys. Congratulations Staff, you were great.

Our family would like to take this opportunity to compliment the staff of the HGI. Kayla, Tony, Ginger, Meechy, Joanna, Andrew, Tamika have made this stay one to remember. We were celebrating my daughter graduation and Twenty First birthday all on the same day and they made the occasion EXCELLENT. Thier attention to detail, Customer Service Excellence was beyond measure. I am a frequent travel and there comment to exceed my expectations was compared to the Ritz Carlton. There were flexible and so very patient. All I can say is THANK YOU #EXCELLENTCUSTOMERSERVICE Be Blessed
