We stayed here for one night before our cruise. Everything was fine…really good breakfast made to order included.

Room 315 was nasty. The walls were dirty, they are in need of a paint job. The tub was stain yellow. The frame of the bathroom door needs replacing. Like it had mold.

The staff was excellent and I had several interactions with them. The staff made sure I was taken care of and spoke to me everytime I passed with eye contact. I can't fault this IHG Hotel on any level!

The staff was on point and made sure I was comfortable this is the second time I had checked in within 10 days and I would have to commend them. Because this time I was greeted by a whole different staff, but you would never know it due to the interactions being the same they are all professional!

CAR WAS ALMOST STOLEN. I mean the stay was fine, staff was friendly…..but I now have to deal with a broken window and many other repairs to my vehicle.

Angela at the front desk was very personable, made me feel very welcome from the first time I walked in until the last time I saw her. Lavonne was also very kind and helpful. as well as the housekeeping lady! I have never encountered such an extraordinary staff! Great job, Holiday Inn!

The Elevator is extremely slow or maybe someone was holding the door on another floor. But nice place to stay.
