A hotel with a very, very, very bad experience. In such a small city, the price is so high, and the key facilities and environment are very poor, which is the standard of Jinjiang Inn. I went out at 9:00 in the morning and went back at night to find that no one cleaned the room, and the shampoo bottle was empty After a few days, no one came to make up the phone call, so I cleared the mine for everyone! The location is in the old city, an already lonely area. I suggest you go to a hotel in the new district. The price is cheap and it is much more convenient and safe. Experience lightning protection!

New pillows would be nice, the ones currently being used go flat as soon as you lay on them. Other than that we love staying here for Mardi Gras. First time staying on the 23rd floor and we loved it.

Great experience. Bell staff was prompt in getting luggage to and from our room. Only minor issue was waiting for my car in valet. Called down to have car brought around. Came down to no car. Young lady was working the valet stand. She asked me my ticket number. I gave it to her and she left. I assumed it was to get my car. 10-15 minutes later she comes out with a cart full of luggage. Shortly after, a young man comes over and asked if he can help. I explain the situation and he brought my can up. Is it a priority for the system to handle luggage first? Or take care of a smaller task for less tip money?
Overall, great stay as usual with an RSA property.

Great hotel- plenty of amenities and very friendly staff. The lady who worked in the hotel lounge was incredibly nice and helpful. Awesome views of the water and boats. Great food and great place to work. Hotel is easy to access and a safe a quick walk to local restaurants!
