Holiday Inn MOBILE-DWTN/HIST. DISTRICT by IHG

The location was great. Very cool that you live in a tower. The breakfast is not bad and is cooked to order. Also the parking is free and right next to the hotel. The best part is that three steps away you have an awesome Mardi Gras museum. I highly recommend the museum.

Nasty - gym fitness room smells of urine, reception counter is about 7ft tall looks stupid. Each floor is dated, rooms let’s go there, beds super comfy, tv kept flickering, coffee maker did not work, water two whole days for replacement, shower does not supply hot water, it’s a dated hotel franchise, the owners should be ashamed of themselves, worst holiday in I’ve ever stayed , dirty disgusting, cleaners are not friendly, very sad depressing hotel, had it not been for visiting family, I would of run !

Even though the place was under construction, the customer service was impeccable and the view from the room of downtown Mobile was very scenic, I would stay there again ! 

When I got there they said my room was canceled but I was never contacted so I had to get a General manager,Room smelled sour not worth the money

The staff were very pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean, and not a far walk from the convention center. Will definitely stay again.

Check in missed so much info. Like you have to wear a wrist band the whole duration of your stay (and during special events) and if you need to replace it; its an additional $10 a piece. If you need towels you have to bring your dirty ones down. Only 2 at a time. Didn't check for a clean or pickup everyday. We stayed 3 days. Breakfast buffet style was either too salty or cold or both. Not worth $17 a person. Gentlemen with the carts were absolutely a wonderful. Some staff were pleasant.
