The hotel and staff exceed our expectations. We’ve had pretty bad luck with our recent hotel stays (at other locations). The staff were friendly, but most importantly the room was clean. Keep up the great work.

This is a great place to stay. It is convenient to downtown restaurants and close to both I-10 and I-65. The property is immaculate, and the breakfast is excellent. The balcony rooms have a great view of downtown, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We recently stayed here and the room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and everyone was friendly and helpful. Next time we are in Mobil this will definitely be the place we stay.

Hampton Inns are hit-or-miss on both property quality and the included breakfast. This property is very nice. It’s not a new building, but has been updated. My guestroom was very large for a downtown hotel and had a balcony. All the furnishings and decor were contemporary and worked well. The large lobby isn’t updated but was fancier than I expect in a Hampton Inn. There’s a nice-sized and landscaped outdoor pool and a small but new fitness room. The breakfast, however, was a disappointment. Microwave oatmeal instead of fresh-cooked oatmeal. Limited cereal and pastry options. Limited toppings for waffles and oatmeal. The same hot items both days. Undercooked hard-boiled eggs. No biscuits and gravy at a hotel in the South! A serious included breakfast is a big component of a Hampton Inn stay, and this one was lacking even though the rest of the stay exceeded expectations.
