I was in room 103, it was very quiet, very clean and daily room service. I had a little problem checking in and it seemed it was *******'s internal problem and had nothing to do with hotel or staff. One suggestion I would have is to have some coffee in the room if possible, small coffee machine and some coffee would be great. I may come back to this hotel on my next visit.

I had to use the restroom while checking in. The clerk refused to let me in the lobby after a 4 hour drive. I had to use a cuo at the checkin window!

No coffee maker in the room and the lobby was closed and the check in desk was not busy but still took over 30 minutes for two guest to check in. Will not stay there again

The room was very clean! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. There was even a choice of pillows of firmer or softer. We were so thankful to have such a great place to rest up for the next half of our 18 hour trip!
