Albergo situato al centro del paese, molto comodo x arrivare alle piste da sci. Ottima cucina e servizio cordiale. Tutto lo staff e stato molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze Siamo stati benissimo , ritorneremo presto!!!

Tipico tre stelle della val di fassa sia come spazi sia come arredi. Vantaggiosa la presenza di una SPA di proprietà che consente a prezzi modici di vivere un'oretta spensierata. Breakfast fantastico e personale all'altezza, capace e disponibilissimo. Solo qualche pecca che non ha portato il giudizio a 5 stelle. Personale di reception non allineato allo spirito e al mood dell'hotel e qualche apparato della SPA non funzionante, TV in camera enorme ma con pochissimi canali visibili e nessun canale on demand presente...in pratica TV solo per telegiornali o simili.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di vacanza presso l'hotel "La Serenella". Siamo stati molto soddisfatti fin dal primo giorno. Ottima l'accoglienza. Camera sempre pulita e ottimo il servizio al tavolo. I gestori sono persone molto cordiali, come i camerieri sempre pronti ad ogni richiesta. La cucina è ottima, con piatti e portate studiate nei minimi particolari.

Come tutti gli anni siamo tornati all'hotel Serenella per passare qualche giorno di riposo. Camere, centro benessere, e ristorante tutto perfetto. Eccellente pulizia in tutto l'hotel. Il top la ristorazione, piatti curati, prodotti di qualità, impiattamento perfetto, tutto questo grazie a Gianni, Matthias e Alessio, persone semplici ma allo stesso modo qualificate. Grazie di tutto, se riusciamo torniamo quest'estate per essere "coccolati".

Struttura molto carina, camere ampie e confortevoli, ottima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Staff gentile accogliente e sempre disponibile. La Spa una vera coccola... da provare. Colazione ben fornita e molto varia, affettati tagliati al momento tutto squisito!

Perfect ski holiday La Serenella is a perfect choice for a ski holiday: the service, the food, the location of the hotel are excellent. Everything is organised in a such a way that you need to think only about ski. We will definetly return!
