The staff is very polite and the hotel looked well organized in customer service. The room though was small was having all required amenities.

The hotel is in ok location seems bit outskirt but ambiance is cordial within. Rooms are also nice and clean. Staff is humble and friendly. Breakfast was very ordinary and small. Overall ok

Glades is one of the best hotel in mohali. Staff service is really quick and supportive. Location food and ambiance of restaurant is also too good.

This time the hotel didn’t serve the purpose unlike last two times. We faced a lot of difficulties with the electricity. The power failure was occurring so frequently resulted in ac problem. Hot water problem was there. Breakfast was also okay okay, not so great. Please improve.
