Ohsome support from all staff members Specialy house keeping staff member named MOJIBUR RAH*** ALSO the reception staff Yash and Kareena good way of handling the customers.. private pool area is well near and clean but all and above DINNING AREA IS KEY POINT OF THE HOTEL...

Rooms were untidy when we checked-in. The floors always used to stink after mopping as they either didn't wash the mop cloth properly or didn't use any floor detergent. Food was very limited not upto the itc mark at all and goan cuisine wasn not served. Since, it's a newly built property it's not well maintained with just few guests.

The rooms are very nice but the so called plunge pool in the cottages is the size of a tub the superior rooms are better off. Food situation is really no good cause they are short staffed for chefs we had to zomato in some food. Basic tea and snack is ok. 10/10 for cleanliness and hygiene but 1/10 for food. Staff is nice and courteous 8/10 for that. Stay here but don’t bother to eat here! itc hotels needs to look into this. The main pool is nice too and they maintain it well

Away from maddening crowd in the middle of nature. Great get-away luxurious property. The location is slightly off-beat but extremely beautiful. Food choices are limited but enough. Wont rate very high on the food quality though. Service standard are acceptable but can be improved by pro-activeness. There was no welcome jesture or fruit basket in the room etc. Breakfast was very limited. However, i will go back again as the property is extremely beautiful and appealing to nature lovers.
