Don't You think to step there!!! ישראלים מקום עם שירות מזעזע וחוויה נוראית לא להגיע למלון גם לא בחינם on our trip to Monte***** I came to the hotel in the first place because of the spa. My that have difficult with driving lot of hours because he is disabled who suffers from back problems, We chose to pay for a villa with a jacuzzi. answered in the negative, we paid the full amount, which was 4 times more expensive (150€ per night instead of (€45) at the nearby hotel. After that, we went to eat at a restaurant in the area and returned to the room. It turned out that the jacuzzi and sauna did not work. And when we asked for the the support, they didn't want to give us service at all but only the next morning when we have to leave. I asked for some kind of compensation but the answer I got from the manager of the place is to take the things and leave! Just a shame shocking service and a terrible experience

We had a beautiful family holiday in hotel Gacka. Perfect place for a weekend escape, but I would also love to visit it again, and stay longer. Perfect, clean nature and comfortable, well equiped accomodation in fantastic mountain surrounding. It is great place for an active holiday and refreshment. Various entertainment facilities are perfect solution if you want to stay in resort most oglf the time. Otherwise, if you prefer daily excursions, you can do it by yourself, or ask for suggestion from friendly and kind staff.
