Wir waren hier 1 Nacht, also 2 Tage im Hotel... und wir waren begeistert. Klar man sieht, der Park ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Häuser sehen von außen renovierungsbedürftig aus. Unsere 2 Hotelzimmer waren tip top, super modern eingerichtet. Viel Platz und mit Balkon. Das Schwimmbad fanden wir schön. Besonders gut hat uns dieser Market Dome (oder wie er im Sunparks heißt) mit den Restaurants gefallen. Wir haben im Tasty das Abendessen Buffet gehabt, das war erste klasse, auch wenn hier keine Getränke inkludiert sind. Der Burger im Grand Cafe, nächsten Tag zum Mittagessen, war auch sehr sehr lecker. Landschaft drumherum auch sehr schön mit dem See. Wir kommen wieder, aber wahrscheinlich dann wieder mit Hotelzimmer statt Bungalow.

Op basis vd reviews overtrof dit echt mijn verwachtingen. Huisjes zeer netjes al zijn ze idd wel wat gedateerd. Park is goed onderhouden en ook weer erg netjes. Personeel is vriendelijk. De omgeving is geweldig. De beachbar is zalig in het zonnetje! Wij hebben genoten!

Wij zijn net terug van een weekendje Kempense Meren. Toen we aankwamen in de huisjes(wij hadden er 2 van 8 personen) rook het al onmiddellijk naar de schimmel. Je merkt dit ook als je rondwandelt op het park, diegene dat toekomen zetten direct de ramen open. Je mag er niet te veel bij nadenken, zo is de mat boven onhygiënisch, de muur boven de bedden is vies, de douche en bad is verouderd. Het stinkt er binnen verschrikkelijk! Wij hadden geluk met het weer dat we zoveel mogelijk buiten konden zitten. Sommigen zetten zelfs hun sofabank van de living buiten om toch wat te kunnen genieten. In de shop goed kijken naar de houdbaarheidsdatum. Ik had voor mijn dochter een schoteltje (balletjes met puree) zij i hier de hele nacht ziek van geweest. Het zwembad, markethal, speeltuin, is wonder bij wonder wel heel net en proper. Ook het zwembad, top! Er moet gewoon meer aandacht besteed worden aan de huisjes want zo een toplocatie, mooi park zorgt ervoor dat de huisjes slecht naar voor komen. Zondag namiddag zijn wij (8 personen) van 1 huisje vertrokken door ziekte. Overgeven, diarree, .. ik vind de hygiëne van de huisjes echt ondermaats en vind ook wel dat dit eens gerapporteerd mag worden extern dan..

Le concept est bon mais logement humide trace d'humidité sur les murs. Matériels de cuisine très rudimentaires. Pas toujours facile avec une personne à mobilité réduite... Piscine sympathique et forêt agréable. Un coup de neuf s'impose.

ne prends pas en compte les personnes en situation de handicap ! nous devions avoir un logement près du centre j avais déjà le numéro!! j avais eu la confirmation par téléphone, mais lors de notre arrivée le logement à été attribué à une personne qui avait payé nous avons dû reprendre la voiture plusieurs fois dans la journée pour emmener notre fils au centre. j ai répondu qu on faisait passer l argent avant le handicap ( j ai pourtant fourni carte de stationnement.,d invalidité et de priorité) l hôtesse m a répondu oui sans gêne.

Après deux visites plutôt réussies, au vu des prix des concourants (après coup, peut être que cela vaut la peine de mettre quelques euros en plus), nous décidons de revenir dans ce parc. Cette fois-ci nous décidons d'amener notre compagnon à quatre pattes avec nous pour fêter la Noël. Dans un premier temps, nous sommes surpris de l'etat de propreté du logement, vu qu'il accueil des animaux. Mais cette étonnement positif c'est vite transformer en déception. En effet, nous avons découvert que le logement prenait l'humidité à de nombreux endroits du rez de chaussée. Nous avons donc passé 4 jours les pieds dans l'eau et pas qu'à la piscine... En parlant de celle-ci, il y a vraiment un manque de propreté dans les cabines. Pourtant des employés y sont dédiés... Le restaurant principal et l'épicerie sont corrects. Évitez la friterie et le restaurant de la piscine qui pour nous n'ont pas évolués depuis nos dernieres visites, que du contraire. Nous allons réfléchir à deux fois avant de retourner dans ce parc.

Positiv: Das Zentralgebäude ist wirklich schön und das Schwimmbad sehr gut geeignet für Kinder. Nach meiner Beschwerde waren umgehend Mitarbeiter da und haben die Lampen repariert und den Schimmel beseitigt. Negativ: Ich lasse mal Bilder sprechen, wie es wirklich in den Unterkünften (Ferienhaus Nr. 555 Select) aussieht. Wer abgewohnte, dunkle und dreckige Unterkünfte mag, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Weder Sunparks noch Pierre & Vacances haben ein vernünftiges Beschwerdemanagement. Keine E-Mail, keine Möglichkeit mehr als ein Foto zu senden, kompliziertes und umständliches Formular - m. a. W.: offensichtlich ist das Feedback der Gäste, wenn es nicht gerade positiv ist, für die Betreiber irrelevant

Très déçue de mon séjour. La maison est grande pour 8 personnes mais c'est tout ! Sale, champignons, moissures, mur cassé, mobilier et vaisselle vétuste, frigo minuscule pour 8 personnes, ... Les infrastructures sont également sale et vestutes. Rien n'est adapté en suffisance pour le nombre de personne accueillis dans le parc. A éviter de toute urgences ! Fuyez !
