Stoney Creek Hotel Moline

Wow! Chris & Ali at the front desk were both INCREDIBLY helpful! At first, we were not happy with our room and went down to talk to both of them about it. These two gave us exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right room and an awesome stay. I will be returning because of Chris & Ali! Thank you!

I picked this property because I had heard good reviews-our intention was to come to the property to have a bit of a swim for my son’s birthday- we check in-they want to swim, we go& see small children w/no lifejackets, climbing then jumping off of the walls in the hot tub w/no parental guidance. Once we got into the hot tub, we found several areas of vomit, used Band-Aids, and a lot of garbage around tables. This goes on for several more minutes until I finally I say to the lil guys you’re not supposed to jump in a hot tub it can be dangerous. I felt responsible as me &my husband were the only adults in the area at that time. More kids come up again no parental guidance and they’ve brought balls. Apparently one is supposed to be the watch for small kids but we became targets for the balls I’m guessing because I spoke up and I told the little boys be safe. I was hit more than once in the back of the head/on my chair. My son in the head as well. My young daughter is afraid now, crying because the big kids not letting her jump in (which was very cold) soon my son wishes to even go home he’s also getting bullied. We exit the pool area went upstairs. The AC or heat wouldn’t do anything unless we put it down to 62°. No one could sleep it was so hot or very cold. Key cards stopped working by 6am, tried to make copy to no avail, hot tub was cold the next day, we left early. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, Alexis was awesome checking us in.

Very nice hotel close to shopping and dining.

We have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. The staff is great and always ready to help. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are always clean and ready for our stay. We will continue to book here when in the area.

Taylor Mital helped us every step of the way to plan our wedding day. We did it less than a month. Any questions asked she was able to help me with. She went above and beyond! Shawn Moon did a fantastic job with setting up everything and making sure that we had everything we needed! 💜 we stayed the weekend. We had the perfect day and stay thanks to these 2!

Nice themed rooms but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the neighboring rooms filling jacuzzi tubs, flushing toilets, showering etc. There was a wedding reception on sight and we could hear the music, including lyrics all evening & late into the night. I talked the front desk about it the first night.

Great, clean, warm, bar was nice, check-in was nice. No problems whatsoever!
