Nice experience

Our room was so spacious and we had a nice corner room with a view. The checkin was easy, the bartender was great and our breakfast server was speedy and nice.

This Boutique hotel oozed charm and style from a century ago. The room was quite cozy and the bathroom was nearly as large as the room itself. The marble & tile work were worth noticing, as well as the long gone Mail shoot & transom doors that are now fitted as hotel room doors. The next morning we had a very comfortable & relaxed breakfast in the lobby. Thanks to Jack who was working the buffet for being a kind and attentive server! Thanks Jack. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Not one complaint. For an old building, everything felt modern. Although leery at first of using the digital key, it ended up being great. The bedding is elegant as well as all of room elements. The room was immaculate, as was the hallway and all other elements of the hotel. Service was very friendly and prompt. The hotel restaurant was 1st class and a pleasure. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back whenever we are in the Quad Cities.

The checkin was excellent. The person who checked us in was very polite & helpful. He gave us some good info on the concert we were going to. The hotel is beautiful & very clean. Room was a little small for 4 people but we made it work. Would stay here again.

Average but updated hotel in small town just across the Iowa border. Easy check in. Good service. Our room, 802, average space. Restaurants in walking distance. Look like nice area to walk on warm days. Fast foods and major stores on other side of town. John Deere pavilion a block or so away. First night stay we ate at the Fifth Syndicate restaurant that’s located on the first floor. Quiet hotel except for the train. We read about the train here on TripAdvisor. Our first night stay it came through more frequent than we expected. The second night wasn’t as bad. The horn is what’s the noisiest. Once they get done it’s back to quiet. Also a block away is the police station and a block from that is the fire station. Heard sirens the first night. The hotel place a set of earplugs in the room for you to use. There is free parking. There’s a skywalk on 2nd floor if you access the garage on 16th st. Free coffee and warm water (tea bags) downstairs or there’s a Keurig in the room. There is a refrigerator but no microwave. However I didn’t notice until leaving a microwave is in the snack area. Bathrobes and slippers in closet. Stand up shower only. Ice maker by elevator. Two free water bottles in the room for the elite rewards member. Otherwise it’s $2 a bottle.
