The Chateau de Riell was a wonderful experience on our trip to the Pyrenees. Our room was lovely, calming and charming (“Bambou”), the housekeeping staff attentive in a good way, and the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfasts were incredible and I’m picky! Don’t skip the croissant! It’s vacation! (Several kinds of yogurt— sheep’s milk, cow and goat, for instance, incredible baked pastries, fresh fruits, eggs to order, I can’t possibly do it justice but you get the idea). But what really distinguished this hotel from any other we’ve stayed in was the exceptional staff. The manager in particular went out of his way to help us; in fact all of the staff really went above and beyond. (My coffee spill in the morning on my white jacket was addressed by someone saying “We’ll take care of it, you’ll have it back tomorrow”— and they did). We felt that every need was met cheerfully and immediately. The grounds are lovely. After each day of hiking, it was wonderful to return to. We did sign up for the thermal baths in the related hotel— I’d highly recommend that as well, especially on your last day.

Chère équipe, J'ai passé un week end extraordinaire pour fêter les 50 ans de ma cousine! Juste un petit mot pour vous dire que vous avez un lieu magique extrêmement propre et bien tenu et que vous êtes tous très bienveillants. Le repas était vraiment très bon et le petit déjeuner également.. Il faut oublier le régime quand on vient chez vous!! Bravo à vous tous! Emmanuelle

Week-end hors saison touristique, bon rapport prix/prestations vu la qualité de l'hébergement et l'excellence du dîner. Personnel attentionné et respectueux. Cadre magnifique. Parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter d'un séjour hors du temps.

Superbe séjour au Château de Riell où nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort et la décoration de la suite Magnolia, la vue sur le Mont Canigou sans oublier le diner (originalité du Grand Menu) et les cadre (datcha) et composition du petit déjeuner.

Un des plus beau endroits que j’ai pu voir, le château est niché dans la forêt et le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel du château est au petit soin afin que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible ! Les terrasses extérieurs surplombant la vue sont incroyable ! La piscine chauffée est parfaite pour se détendre ! Nous avons dégusté un délicieux repas dans le restaurant gastronomique, un passage fortement recommandé si vous séjournez à l’hôtel ! Bref un séjour merveilleux, merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil dans ce lieu incroyable ! Mention spéciale à Alicia qui m’a permise de retrouver un bijoux perdu dans le spa !
