Disappointment! Service levels extremely low. At the reception it was as if they had to connect one by one to a machine in order to serve. The reservation was for a double with a child and we find a double bed with two mattresses. I had to call 4 times to the reception for them to come even after the midday nap. In the pool we hunt the staff for orders and in the spas they probably don't want to work there, otherwise their behavior is inexplicable. The maids are the kindest staff of the hotel I would say.

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Amazing pool! The spas didn't drive me crazy, the food and the buffet rich and tasty.
The facilities (mainly the room) for 5 stars were not, however for the price it was ok.
The spa indifferent and the reception not so polite.
A huge negative is the infinite mosquitoes that existed (inside the room) which is perfectly reasonable with a mountain on one side of the sea on the other and 3 swimming pools in front, however from a 5 star hotel I would expect at least a mosquito net in the room!!

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο κ ευγενικό προσωπικό! Το δωμάτιο είχε θέα πισίνα κ θάλασσα!Ευρύχωρο κ καθαρό δωμάτιο.Ειχαμε το πακέτο all inclusive μιας κ πήγαμε με την 6 μηνών κόρη μας.Ολα τα γεύματα ήταν φρέσκα κ πολύ γευστικά,είχε πολλές επιλογές ο μπουφές.Επισης,μας μαγείρευαν το φαγητό της κόρης μας κατόπιν συνεννόησης κ κάθε μέρα ήταν κάτι διαφορετικό.Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο κ χαμογελαστό! Το all inclusive πακέτο τους ήταν πολύ καλό κ όσον αφορά τα ποτά κ τα σνακ στο μπαρ.Καποιες υπηρεσίες σπα ήταν μέσα στην τιμή του δωματίου.Το μασάζ ήταν πάρα πολύ χαλαρωτικό! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Magnificent!!! Careful in all the details!!! The spa facilities combined with the excellent staff gave us the most relaxing experience!!! We will definitely come back, well worth it, just 2.5 hours from Athens!

We stayed 1 night at Galini Hotel. First let me mention that the reservation was for a family room and the price was very high. Yes, the room was large and two-room, but 1 room didn't even have a window. Also in the bathroom there were some loose cables under the sink. !! It did not have a view of the pool or the sea, only the balconies of the other rooms. On the positive side, of course, I should mention the location of the hotel, the large and comfortable dance floors, the restaurant staff and of course the very good food (breakfast and dinner)

I really liked this hotel, especially because of the outdoor thermal water swimming pool, heated to 29 or 30 degrees, and which overlooks the calm of the mountains. A pure happiness ! The restaurant is good, but I regretted that we couldn't have lunch outside, and that the hotel with the deckchairs overlooks a road.
